“I’ve noticed that we as humans have a tendency to focus on what we feel is wrong with us, and spend less time focusing on what is right.”
Emma Maree Davies began her career as a Pilates instructor & Personal Trainer, before studying Psychology & Counselling, and more recently completing her Yoga Teacher Training.
Em’s raw vulnerability and personal account of her journey living with chronic anxiety has had a profound effect on her ventures in the health and wellness industry. She founded a Not For Profit Organisation, Foundation Brave which sees her lead award-winning workshops for schools, workplaces and community groups that promote emotional intelligence, resilience skills, empowered relationships and the art of self-love – All of which she believes to be central to healthy minds & thriving humans.
As a published author, and through her work as an inspiring educator, speaker, and coach, Em shares the lessons she’s learned thus far on her quest for happiness and freedom, empowering others to re-write their own stories and be free from mental suffering.
It’s been two decades since Em taught her first ever Pilates class, still she returns to the mat as it remains to be the foundation to her own healing and wellbeing.
